Neste caso, foi feito apenas um shipment…

 

Para entendimento do raciocínio:

< ![if !supportLists]>1)      < ![endif]>Recuperei o shipment_line_id pela tabela cll_f189_invoice_lines;

< ![if !supportLists]>2)      < ![endif]>Com este shipment_line_id, recuperei o shipment_header_id na tabela rcv_shipment_lines;

< ![if !supportLists]>3)      < ![endif]>Com este shipment_header_id, recuperei o registro na tabela rcv_shipment_headers, e esta não está com o receipt_num;

 

Em um passo seguinte, fiz:

< ![if !supportLists]>1)      < ![endif]>Pelo número do RI(receipt_num) e Organização de recebimento(ship_to_org_id), recuperei um registro na tabela rcv_shipment_headers;

< ![if !supportLists]>2)      < ![endif]>Este registro  recuperado não continha correspondente na tabela rcv_shipment_lines

 

Conclusão: O número do recebimento(receipt_num) está gravado em um registro da tabela rcv_shipment_headers que não está relacionado com nenhum registro na rcv_shipment_lines.

 

Datafix:

 

< ![if !supportLists]>1)      < ![endif]>Atualizei o número do RI(receipt_num) no registro correto na rcv_shipment_headers;

< ![if !supportLists]>2)      < ![endif]>Atualizei o registro que continha o número do RI na rcv_shipment_headers com null.

 

Rodei a aprovação do RI e o processo continuou normalmente.

 

Mas ainda não descobri a causa/raiz do erro!!!

Fala Cleyton.

Só é possível receber os itens que constam no mesmo shipment_header_id da Ordem Interna. Se foram feitos vários shipments, você deve receber linha por linha.

Olá Cleyton, de acordo com o note abaixo este é o comportamento esperado:

Unable to Receive Multiple Lines of Internal Requisition "You Have Selected Shipments Belonging To Different Internal Orders" (Doc ID 1333758.1)

CAUSE

This is expected behavior.

The warning message indicates that it is not possible to receive different ISO shipments in one receipt. The shipments should be received separately. This is a restriction of the system. 

This is explained in the following bugs
Bug 12602419  INTRANSIT RECEIPTS ERROR-YOU HAVE SELECTED SHIPMENTS BELONGING TO DIFFERENT IO and related to Enhancement Request Bug 3840654 INCORRECT TEXT ASSOCIATED WITH RCV_INTORD_MISMATCH_SHIPMENTS RCVRCERC.

The Enhancement Request is still open to determine if the error message should be changed
as this situation can occur for the same: Internal Order (when Ship Confirm is performed multiple times + for the same Internal Order/Internal Order Line).
The message should be something like this:
You have selected shipments belonging to different Internal Order Deliveries.
You can only receive lines belonging to the same delivery.

Estou tentando receber uma Requisição Interna pelo RI, mas ao aprovar estou me deparando com o erro abaixo:

 

“you have selected shipments belonging to different internal orders. Only shipments from the same internal order are allowed on a receipt”.

 

Alguém já passou por este erro?
