Key responsibilities of An On Demand consultant:<\/span><\/strong> <\/o><\/span><\/p>\n

\n
Provides strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area.<\/o><\/span><\/li>\n
Demonstrate experience as a senior resource with experience in key design and build activities such as gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, design workshop preparation, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional design and configuration, testing, participation in cutover etc.<\/o><\/span><\/li>\n
Prioritizes functional tickets leveraging solid understanding of business processes and Oracle applications to minimize impact on business operations.<\/o><\/span><\/li>\n
Interprets and analyzes business requirements or change requests and partners with IT technical support teams to solve business problems and enhance business value.<\/o><\/span><\/li>\n
Partner with the onsite functional and technical team to understand business requirements and work with peers and technical support team and deliver solutions and services and identify opportunities for automation leading to increased operational efficiency.<\/o><\/span><\/li>\n
Will be an Excellent team player – self-motivated and committed resource with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines<\/o><\/span><\/li>\n
Will hold the responsibility of excellent interpersonal skills and excel the art of customer engagement and be the face of the company for all critical decisions and implementations for smooth workflow<\/o><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
